Privacy, in plain language.

This notice covers the Orbit Riot website, waitlist, and current TestFlight beta. KaiRae Studios does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

What the waitlist collects

When you sign up, we store your email address, the time you joined, your confirmation that you are at least 13, and the version of this privacy notice. We do not ask for your birth date.

Why we use it

KaiRae Studios uses the waitlist to send occasional development, testing, and launch updates about Orbit Riot. Joining is optional. The form stores your signup; it does not currently send a confirmation email.

Hosting and security

This site and waitlist are hosted by Cloudflare. Emails are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and accessed by authorized studio personnel. Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Our form also keeps a keyed, one-way digest of an IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in waitlist records. Cloudflare may process data internationally under its service terms.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist entries expire after 365 days unless you ask us to remove yours sooner. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact [email protected] from the address you used to sign up. You may withdraw permission for updates at any time. If email delivery is introduced, messages will include a way to unsubscribe.

Orbit Riot TestFlight beta

The current beta stores game progress, settings, and randomly generated local player and installation identifiers on your device. It does not require a game account or send those saves to a studio cloud service. It has no advertising or third-party analytics SDK enabled. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings.

Apple’s TestFlight service separately collects beta installation and usage information, device and operating-system details, and crash diagnostics, and makes testing information available to us. Feedback you choose to send may include your email address, comments, screenshots, and diagnostic logs. Public-link testers generally appear anonymous to us unless they include identifying information in feedback. We use beta information to investigate problems and improve Orbit Riot. You can stop participating through TestFlight. Deleting the app removes its local app data; copies in device backups are managed through your Apple settings. Contact [email protected] about access, correction, or deletion of feedback held by the studio. We keep support and beta feedback only as needed to resolve issues and improve the game, or meet legal obligations. Apple controls records it holds under its own policy.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you send so we can answer and investigate your request. Include only what is needed to explain the problem; do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Age requirement

The waitlist and beta are intended for people aged 13 or older. Please do not submit an email if you are under 13. If we learn that a younger child’s information was submitted, we will remove it. Parents or guardians can contact us to request removal.

Cookies, analytics, sound and 3D

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The theme and voice clips play only after you request them. 3D preview files are loaded only when you select “View in 3D.” All fonts, audio, images and viewer files are served by this site. Motion preferences follow your device setting, with an additional control on the home page.
